Public history records accepted source and interface milestones without publishing private planning transcripts or operational data.

• initial-import.md records the pre-Git source inventory, normalized paths, SHA-256 values, and duplicate disposition for 0.0.1.
• two-lane-migration.md records the 0.0.2 consolidation into Agent and Project → Internet → Data → Template lanes; its JSON companion drives the CI clause audit.
• Git history records subsequent implementation and release changes.
• ../releases/ records accepted public release narratives.
